Environmental protection is in! The Italian jeans label Replay also finds this and turns the tap on during its washes. For the Capsule Collection Laserblast LIFE environmental activists are fighting for a rethink in the fashion industry.

Laserblast LIFE, what's that?

Behind Laserblast LIFE hides a technology developed by the Italian jeans label Replay. The principle is simple: The washes and the used look are produced by bombardment with concentrated light, then finished by hand. This lowers a staggering 85 percent of water consumption compared to older methods. In addition, the use of mineral pigments of natural origin is added under the aspect of "LIFE". A good deed for our environment.

To promote this sustainable jeans line, Replay brings two eco-fighters on board: Aleksandra Orbeck-Nilssen, actress and model from Norway, who wants to make public the environmental problems of Africa around the world with her own nature conservation foundation Nanofasa . As well as the Norwegian Enok Groven, founder of the campaign Fashion Against Climate Change, who cares with his newsgroup for ecological issues from the point of view of the fashion industry.

"Environmentalists are the heroes of the modern world, and instead of talking about abstract ideals, they act without fear of consequences, " says Matteo Sinigaglia, CEO of Fashion Box SpA, the parent company that also owns Replay.

Every pair of jeans is unique! That alone would be reason enough to take a closer look at the new Replay Laserblast LIFE collection. In addition, the production is also environmentally friendly. A good conscience and a new favorite jeans? We like to do that!
