ingredients

2 oranges1 banana1 pieces of ginger (about 1 cm) 1 handful of sprouts (eg alfalfa) 2 teaspoon agave syrup

That's how it's done

Peel and split the two oranges. Peel and quarter the banana as well. Peel the ginger piece (not necessary with organic ware) and halve or grate. Wash and drain the sprouts.

Add all ingredients to the blender with 200 ml of water and puree. If necessary, sweeten with agave syrup.

ingredients

2 apples2 bananas1 pieces of ginger (about 1 cm) 2 tablespoons chia seeds2 pitted dates

That's how it's done

Wash the apples, quarter, core and cut into small pieces. Peel and quarter the banana. Peel the ginger (not necessary for organic products) and halve or grate.

Add all ingredients to the blender with 200 ml of water and puree.

ingredients

1 Grapefruit2 Organic Oranges1 Beetroot1 Raisins20 ml cranberry juice (preferably unsweetened)

That's how it's done

Peel and slice the grapefruit and oranges. Rub the peel of an orange half. Wash the beetroot, peel and chop or grate.

Add all ingredients to the blender and puree. If necessary, add some more water and sweeten at will.
