Nähstübchen "Small Embroidery ABC" Cross stitch:

The cross stitch is one of the best known embroidery stitches. It is preferably carried out on coarse-grained fabrics in which the individual crosshairs of the embroidery base are clearly visible. For this purpose, coarsely woven linen-bound fabrics are recommended

Satin stitch: The satin stitch (also called flat stitch) is used for straight, oblong or round shapes. It consists of closely spaced stitches that cover the forms either in a straight or oblique position. The satin stitch is easy to embroider, but care must be taken to ensure that the stitches are evenly spaced to create the typical silky texture

Lockstitch: The lockstitch (also called backstitch) is one of the most common line stitches and is often used to embroider contours or letters. It consists of equally long stitches that are stung back and forth to the front. Hence the name backstitch

Stem stitch: The stem stitch is embroidered in straight lines and looks like a drawstring. You can also use it to fill surfaces. For this he is embroidered in parallel lines
