How nice if you can offer your guests a private bathroom. Here was the second toilet in the house to a nice washing area with shower supplement.
Floor plan guest toilet: So a toilet becomes a full bath
In the basic version of the "Maxime Touch" house, the 2.3 square meter small room is used in a classic way only as a guest bathroom. We wanted to make more of it and have expanded it by one square meter, which was recovered from the utility room: Now, a comfortable shower area could be installed.

Cloud white and water blue shows the small room - and therefore does not look so close. The washbasin offers storage space, on the rebuilt Spülkasten- wall installation on the window was created additional storage space. And the designer radiator on the right provides warm towels.

On the newly acquired area, a 120 x 90 cm shower was installed: completely glazed and therefore not so massive. Sliding doors ensure freedom of movement.
