Crafts with corks
Campfire romance for the late summer: When the evenings get shorter again, this rustic lantern provides the ideal light - indoors and outdoors.
You need this for the lantern:
- narrow glass vase
- big glass container
- about 100 corks
- Candle or tealight
And that's how easy it is:
1. Put a small vase in the big glass.
2. Fill the gap with corks.
3. Put the candle in the inner vase.
Do not allow candles to burn unattended and avoid drafts. Keep the burning bowl clean. If the candle smokes, wick shorten something. Only burn the candle on an incombustible base or use a self-extinguishing candle.
