Lustpille in USA before approval

The first lust-boosting pill for the woman is expected to hit the market soon in the US. Will Pink Viagra also be available in Germany?

Thanks to the power Viagra million men have rediscovered their desire. Could the dimming also apply to women soon? After several failed attempts, the pleasure pill for the woman could now come on the market - at least in the United States.

18 to 6 votes for Flibanserin

Fatigue, low blood pressure and dizziness - the list of side effects is long. Already in the years 2010 and 2013, the lust-boosting pill, lovingly called Pink Viagra, has fallen through several tests with a view to a possible market introduction. The reasons: always the same. The list of side effects was too long, the effects are not clearly proven. Now, a few years later, the panel of experts of the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has voted in favor of licensing the drug flibanserin. 18 to 6 votes - a clear majority.

Flibanserin, which was originally regarded as an antidepressant, was developed by the German pharmaceutical company Boehringer in Ingelheim. It is designed to lower the level of the reluctant hormone serotonin and raise the level of the happiness hormones dopamine and norepinephrine. Both can increase female 'lust'.

As the mirror writes, several women who had taken Flibanserin in a test phase, inspired by the lust-enhancing pill. "All I know is that Flibanserin - taken every night - worked for me and my marriage, " said Amanda Parrish. "For me, the effect was not modest but significant."

Will the lust-boosting pill also be approved in Germany?

Although Flibanserin was developed by a German corporation, the "Approval Authority" does not make a clear statement to the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices. Before the pink pill can even be tested for a possible approval, a manufacturer must first find himself, which then makes an application. Whether this has already happened, remains to be seen.
