Michael Rogan was a father through and through. His children meant his life to him. For this reason, he even founded his own farm to be at home with his family during working hours. Now the eight-time father died at the age of 42 years in a car accident.
It is an incredible tragedy, because the family was actually on its way to welcoming a new family member in the world. The Rogans were on the way to the hospital where his pregnant wife was to have her eighth child. But suddenly everything went very fast. It was only a few seconds that should change the life of the family forever.
Another vehicle grazes a deer. However, this flies just on the windshield of the car of the Rogan family. While his children and wife, who were all there, survive the car accident with minor injuries, the father dies a short time later in the hospital.
His eighth child could never meet Michael Rogan. Only a few hours later, his wife gave birth to the baby in the same hospital. The pain of the family through the loss of the beloved father is unimaginable.
Nevertheless, they have to continue. To finance the costs of the funeral, a crowdfunding campaign was launched on 17 April 2015. In the first week, nearly 350 dollars were donated. But the Rogan family continues to fight bravely.
