Ingredients (12 pieces)

425 g flour, 175 g sugar, salt, 2 eggs, 100 g cold butter, 150 ml milk, 125 g whole milk yoghurt, 1 packet vanillin sugar, 80 ml oil, 3 teaspoon baking powder, 1 egg white, 250 g powdered sugar, juice of 1 lemon, 250 g double-cream cheese, red and green food coloring, 12 pastry rolls, pearls and chocolate pieces to decorate, flour for the work surface, cling film, 12 paper baking cups, baking paper, pastry bag

preparation

1. Mix 200g of flour, 50g of sugar and salt in a bowl. Add 1 egg, butter in pieces and 1 tbsp ice-cold water. First knead with the dough hook of the hand mixer, then with your hands to a smooth dough. Wrap dough in foil and refrigerate for approx. 45 minutes.

2. Mix milk, yogurt, 1 egg, vanillin sugar and oil. Mix 125 g sugar, 225 g flour and baking powder. Stir in moist ingredients with a mixing spoon for a short time.

3. Lay the troughs of a muffin tray (12 troughs) with baking tins. Spread muffin dough into the hollows. In the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 ° C / circulating air: 175 ° C / gas: see manufacturer) bake for 20-25 minutes (stick sample!), Take out. Allow to cool in the mold for about 10 minutes. Then lift the muffins out of the molds and leave to cool on a wire rack.

4. Meanwhile, make a template out of baking paper. Cut out a rectangle (4 x 12 cm) and round off a narrow side like a tongue. Remove the short crust pastry from the refrigerator, knead it and roll it thinly on a floured work surface 6-7 mm. Use template 12 to cut out "soles" and place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Bake in preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 ° C / circulating air: 175 ° C / gas: see manufacturer) 7-9 minutes. Remove and allow to cool on a wire rack.

5. Mix egg whites, 200 g icing sugar and 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice to a thick sauce. Put 1/3 of the casting aside. Cover with residual cast one side of the cooled "soles". Let dry.

6. Smooth cream cheese, 50 g icing sugar and 2 tbsp lemon juice until smooth. Mix 1/3 with green and 1/3 with red food coloring. Leave 1/3 white.

7. Cut each muffin from the edge of the paper cups about 1/5 horizontally to the center. Cut from the surface so that 1/5 can be lifted out. Here are the "soles" glued later. Coat the surface of the muffins with the cream cheese frosting (4 x red, green and white). Leave about 1/5 of the frosting left to decorate.

8. Cut the pastry rolls straight at one end and slightly bevel the other end. Stir the rest of the icing smooth again. To glue the muffin, shortcrust sole and pastry roll, spread a little frosting on the straight side of the "sole" and the beveled end of the roll. Place the straight side of the "sole" in the notch of the muffin and press down. Stick pastry roll as "heel" to the "sole". Let dry. Do the same with remaining muffins.

9. To decorate, encircle soles with the respective colored frosting and spread beads, chocolate pieces and colored frosting on the muffins and the "sole" as desired. Let everything dry for at least 1 hour.
