Hypoxi for the magic formula? We tried it!

What is Hypoxi?

The Hypoxi program consists of three elements: 1. The vacuum treatment that stimulates certain parts of the body with negative pressure. 2. The compression therapy in which the tissue is treated with overpressure. Does one know z. B. from venous medicine. And 3. the fat burning workout. The whole thing is based on the principle that the better the tissue is perfused, the greater the fat loss . Whether and how this works, we have tried.

This is how the Hypoxi program works:

All beginning is not difficult in this case. Make an appointment and be aware that there must be time for training for three days a week for one month. After a detailed discussion about so-called weak points such as cellulite, water retention or venous problems, you will be measured exactly. That means: ankle, calf, below the knee, the knee itself, above the knee, thighs and the whole two times (for right and left leg circumference technical is not the same!). In addition, still hip, stomach and waist. So that the training success is determined at the exact same points at the next measurement, the assistant determines the "test height" with a folding rule, aha! Pretty clever!

Then on the scales - and off you go! Twice a week, 20 minutes in the "Pressure Suit", something like a diving suit, from which the air is sucked (not for claustrophobic!) And at intervals a kind of lymphatic drainage takes place. Laying!!! So you can "Bodyforming" like. In addition, you get a water that is enriched with carnitine (vitamin-like fat burner), very delicious!

The next training sessions: Airtight, lying or sitting three times a week for 30 minutes, packed in a kind of pressure chamber with pedals, from which only the upper body peeks out. First a thermometer on the thigh and then pedal vigorously. Feels easy - especially at low pressure.

Keeping up with the training sessions in everyday life requires a bit of organization, as a lot of time is needed. After 14 days you will be re-measured and we have miraculously 400 grams less at the same size, hm ... After another two passes, it is 980 grams less and about one centimeter circumference per leg. Yay! We imagine that our knees look slimmer. And our friend claims that our skin feels firmer. However, we doubt that we last much longer. And unfortunately we would be back: nothing is coming from nothing!
