ExperienceWeight Watchers: Diet made easy

For a long time I wanted to change my diet with the help of a diet, but had concerns not enough ambition and discipline to be able to raise. From the beginning, Weight Watchers gave me a clear set of points that was tailored to my age group, weight and daily activities.

So I had to eat with my 1, 79m not the same small amount as, for example, a woman with 1.60 m.

Weight Watchers gives each food a score and I could decide for myself what I want to eat. Only my given daily number of points could not be exceeded. In addition, some foods were assigned to the 0 point category, so I could eat any amount of it. For example, apples, cucumbers and carrots were often a helpful source of hunger in the evenings if you'd already used up your tag count during the day.

Especially after holidays, birthdays or family celebrations, it was often difficult for me to regulate my eating habits and get used to small amounts of my body again. During the day I sometimes grabbed chocolate for the bar to quench the small hunger in between, or to increase the energy balance at short notice with a boost of sugar .

Conclusion

With Weight Watchers, I have learned a lot about nutrition and can now much better estimate how much food my body actually needs during the day. Even chocolate or cake on special occasions, I was able to deliberately plan without having a bad conscience.

Even with sports activities you can easily "earn" a few extra points and bite heartily into the cherry cream on the 80th birthday of the grandmother. For the first two weeks, I strictly adhered to the given point plan and thus lost 4 kg.
