Soups are perfect to lose weight. A high water content and a high nutrient density supply the body optimally and prevent hunger. With our slim soup diet you take off effortlessly. How so? All slim ingredients have a maximum of 300 kcal - that's less than some snack in between. Our slim-soup diet does not require any complicated diet plans or bans, and even your stomach will not growl, I promise!

The principle is very simple: for five days you will enjoy a delicious soup at lunchtime and in the evening. For enough variety, our three delicious recipe suggestions. From the typical German potato soup over a Mediterranean vegetable soup to the Asian curry chicken soup - everything is there. The Slim Secret of Supplement Diet : Each soup has less than 300 calories per serving and select slim ingredients. Positive side effect: The soup can be boiled easily for two days, which saves a lot of time. For the remaining two days of the week you eat normally. Try to be as healthy and balanced as possible. If you have not quite reached your desired weight by the end of the week, you can start a second week of the soup diet .

By the way, by the way, you are allowed to finish well in the morning. This is important to provide the body with enough energy for the day. Potato soup with ham

Ingredients (4 people)

  • 1 onion
  • 150 g of carrots
  • 100 g celeriac
  • 800 g of floury boned potatoes
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 l vegetable broth
  • 1/2 l of milk
  • 150 g of frozen green beans
  • salt
  • 5 stems of parsley
  • 100 g of ham nuggets
  • pepper

preparation

1. Peel the onion and finely dice. Wash carrots, celery and potatoes, peel and dice. Heat oil in a pot.
2. Sweat the potatoes, onion, celery and carrots in it for 1-2 minutes, then deglaze with broth and milk. Sauté the soup over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
3. Blanch beans in boiling salted water for about 7 minutes. Wash parsley, shake dry. Cut the leaves into thin strips. Purée the soup with a blender, so that it gets binding.
4. Add the beans, ham and half of the parsley strips to the soup and season with salt and pepper. Arrange soup in deep plates and sprinkle with remaining parsley.

Preparation time approx. 35 minutes. Per serving about 1260 kJ, 300 kcal. E 14 g, F 9 g, KH 36 g

Celeriac The winter vegetables make B-vitamins so fast to anyone before. Above all, B1, B2 and B12 can give the metabolism a real figure kick and effectively support fat burning by strengthening the entire muscular system.

Raw Ham The meat inlay provides great aroma and filling protein.

Carrots The carrot contains a slimy substance called pectin. It is a fiber that swells in the stomach and thus avoids a fast-returning feeling of hunger. In addition, vitamin A tightens the connective tissue.

Green beans At 35 calories per 100 g, green beans are a real lightweight. The many fibers provide a long-lasting effect.

Potatoes They have the reputation of fumigating. For 100 g of potatoes have a slim 70 calories, but are brimming with filling fiber and nerve-boosting vitamin B6. Extra plus: Potatoes have a basic effect and prevent over-acidification of the body.

Asian curry chicken soup

Ingredients (4 people)

  • 3 chicken fillets (about 400 g)
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 stalk of lemongrass
  • 1 piece (about 1 cm, 5-10 g) ginger
  • 1 small red chilli pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 5 black peppercorns
  • salt
  • 2 red peppers
  • about 300 g of white cabbage
  • 1/2 bunch of coriander
  • curry
  • 1 tin (228 ml) bamboo shoots in slices
  • 50 g of bean sprouts (mung bean sprouts)

preparation

1. Wash chicken fillets and pat dry. Halve the onion. Put the onion halves in a pan with the cut surface facing down and roast dark brown without fat. Flatten lemongrass.
2. Peel ginger and cut into thin slices. Halve chili, remove seeds and cut into small pieces.
3. Cook chicken fillets and 1.5 liters of cold water and season with bay leaves, ginger, lemongrass, peppercorns, chilli, onion halves and salt.
4. Broth broth for 30-40 minutes over medium heat. Halve, clean and wash the peppers. Cut the peppers into strips. Clean white cabbage, wash and cut into strips.
5. Remove meat, allow to cool slightly and cut into cubes. Wash cilantro, shake dry and set aside 4 stalks. Pluck remaining leaves from the stems and mince them. Pass broth through a cloth or very fine sieve. Cook cabbage in the chicken broth for 10-15 minutes, season with curry and salt.
6. Add pepper and bamboo strips after approx. 5 minutes. Finally add the sprouts, chicken cubes and coriander, bring to the boil. Arrange in small bowls and garnish with coriander.

Preparation time approx. 1 hour. Per serving about 580 kJ, 140 kcal. E 25 g, F 1 g, KH 6 g

Chicken The lean poultry boosts the production of fat-burning growth hormones while promoting muscle development. The tender meat has just 1 percent fat. The high protein content additionally saturates and keeps the blood sugar nicely stable.

Sprouts Whether soy or bamboo shoots - both counteract the annoying cellulite. They contain phytoestrogens, which are plant-derived hormones that give tissue fibers more strength.

Ginger According to recent biochemical findings, the essential oils in ginger can increase human body temperature and thus increase energy consumption. The fat metabolism even increases by up to 25 percent. Simply great, when the pounds tumble as if by magic.

Coriander The popular miracle herb coriander is able to reliably release large quantities of toxins and water retention from the tissue and to channel it out of the body.

Italian vegetable soup

Ingredients (4 people)

  • 1/2 fennel tuber
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1.5 l vegetable stock
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 2 zucchini
  • 6 medium sized tomatoes
  • 4 tsp basil pesto

preparation

1. Wash fennel, clean and cut into strips. Wash carrots, clean, peel and halve lengthways. Wash and clean the spring onions. Cut carrots and spring onions at an angle into thin strips.
2. Heat oil in a saucepan. Sweat carrots and fennel for 1-2 minutes. Add the tomato paste and sauté briefly. Deglaze with broth and bring to a boil.
3. Simmer the soup for about 20 minutes. Halve, clean and wash the peppers. Wash and clean the zucchini.
4. Wash, clean, quarter and core the tomatoes. Tomato, pepper and zucchini into small cubes.
5. Add zucchini and peppers to the soup about 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
6. Add tomatoes and spring onions after another 5 minutes. Arrange soup in plates and stir in 1 teaspoon of pesto.

For " self-made pesto " puree 30 g of pine nuts, 2 bundles of basil, 1 clove of garlic, 40 g of hard cheese and 100 ml of oil.

Fennel The aromatic tuber should not be missing from any diet. It helps to specifically break down stubborn fats. Responsible for this are the B vitamins contained in it.

Olive oil doctors have been able to prove in recent studies that olive oil is one of the most effective kilo-killers ever. The reason: The monounsaturated fatty acids break down fat deposits and channel the released fats out of the body.
