Unfortunately, this happens more often than you think. And so often that the American veterinary magazine "Veterinary Practice News" chooses the craziest x-rays every year. Most of the winning places are dogs, let's say healthy appetite like Labrador Retrievers. Although Happy is not related to the Labbies, it also falls under the omnivore category.
