Decoration Special Bravo Girl!

Pimp your Room: With this DIY idea you can give your old stool a new, cool look. What you need? We tell you!

That's what you need for the stool:

  • 2 stools (Marius von Ikea, approx. 3.99 €)
  • masking tape
  • mint paint spray (from MontanaColors, series 94er, R-V145 Verde Erasmus and R-V164 Rosa Tokyo via www.mtn-shop.de, ca. 3, 70 €)
  • Universal adhesive (eg Pattex)
  • 2 LPs (second hand shop, ca. 0, 50 €)
  • Screw (here M4 about 5 cm long plus nut)
  • hacksaw
  • Newsprint for the work surface
  • screwdriver

And that's how easy it is:

1. Cut the legs by 8 cm on one of the two stools.

2. Mask the legs in the desired length, eg. B. here at 7 and 12 cm. Cover the area that should not be sprayed with newspaper.

3. Spray the feet in color, allow to dry and remove the crepe and newspapers.

4. Put the legs together according to the manufacturer's instructions. Coat the top of the legs with glue, lay the record on and insert the screw from above through the plate and through the existing holes of the stool legs. Screw down from below with the nut.

Tip: For more stability of the table, use several records or place a wooden disc in the diameter of the record.
