Who suffers from a sun allergy, knows this feeling only too well. Sometimes a single sunbath is enough to cause sun allergy.

The symptoms follow promptly: On the shoulders, the back and the chest pin-sized, itchy nodules arise. They are only a few millimeters in size, skin-colored or slightly red. To prevent the sun allergy, helps only to get used to the skin very slowly to the UV radiation.

It is best to prepare in the spring by taking sunscreen capsules or effervescent tablets (they should contain beta carotene and calcium). At first, only spend a few minutes in the direct sun and avoid the blazing midday sun.

Those who are prone to sun allergy should use fat, emulsifier and perfume free gel products that will not irritate the skin . Then apply a soothing after-sun gel in the evening.
