Coach Tracy Anderson, who works with Hollywood stars like Gwyneth Paltrow, Cameron Diaz and Madonna, revealed in an interview with Eonline.com in early 2014 what's needed. Defining clear goals: Who sets utopian goals will quickly lose motivation, no matter whether it is about sports or nutrition. Put yourself therefore realistic realistic goals and make your workout according to your individual needs.

Training the whole body: Our body is a holistic system. Therefore, Tracy Anderson recommends training the entire body, not just individual parts. Instead of stressing only the abdominal muscles, perform full-body workouts that target, but not exclusively, the abdominal region. How to keep your entire body fit.

Exercising regularly: Exercise four to six times a week all year long.

Determine food allergies: A blood test can identify possible food allergies. "This provides information about how your body works, what you are sensitive to and what could cause inflammation, " explains the Personal Coach.

Eating organic products only: If you do not have allergies, there is no food group you would have to do without to maintain your weight. Occasional delights such as a glass of wine are allowed. The important thing is, Tracy emphasizes, that we only eat organic food and eat no finished products.
