Tourist killed by dice jellyfish in Thailand

A 20-year-old German died on Tuesday in the water off the Thai island of Koh Samui by the bite of a dice jellyfish. Her companion came to the hospital. This is reported by the "Bangkok Post".

The young women went swimming at around 8 pm on Tuesday evening. In the water, the woman then touched the jellyfish. Even her friend, who wanted to come to her aid, grazed the highly poisonous jellyfish.
