Sweden's Crown Princess Victoria already has nine (!) Sponsored children. Pretty much for a still unmarried young woman of 32, therefore, her siblings Prince Carl Philip (30) and Princess Madeleine (27) were allowed or had to run - as a pretty royal double, after all, this time two babies were baptized in one go!
Madeleine Princess of Sweden and Prince Carl Philip of Sweden, therefore, seemed fully aware of their responsibilities as they marched with serious expression and swift steps to the church of Drottningholm Castle to sponsor the twins Chloé and Anais.
The parents of (according to an observer) "extremely sweet", one-year-old baby are Patrick Sommerlath (38) and Maline Luego. Queen Silvia's nephew (he is a son of her brother Walther) and his life partner had expressly wanted a "small" and discreet family celebration for the baptism of their twins. Nevertheless, about 50 guests were counted by the few tourists who happened to be in the church in front of the castle church. Some of them would have liked to know where and what Patrick is actually living from. "What does the young man actually do if he does not keep his children over the baptismal font", was later asked somewhat ironically in the Internet section of a newspaper.
