Actually, I wanted to be a rock star, as a child maybe inventor. But Kuchenblogger could not be found on any of my wishlists. In fact, both original wishes are now reflected in it. I bring cake to the editorial I'm celebrated like a rock star ... a bit at least. Although a rock star in apron, instead of a leather jacket that swings the hand mixer instead of a guitar, but I can live with it. And I'm inventor after all. Almost every week, I think of new messes, which in themselves are a true manifesto against low carb, cabbage diet and Co. I can not bake at all. Not really! What does that actually mean: "He can bake." Or "He can cook."? When it comes to making something edible, you could say that I can bake. Read a recipe, stick to the information, turn a few buttons on the stove and watch the clock - you can get it.

Junkie out of passion

Nevertheless, in the editorial office of Wunderweib and the surrounding cake hunters of inTouch, Cosmopolitan and Bravo, I developed the reputation of the cake baker. Maybe that's because I'm going to make the empty table in the middle of the editorial board at least on a weekly basis to the lucky hormone filling station. Finally, there are so many cakes and recipes to try!

I can not eat everything alone! And that's where we're at the heart of the matter: I'm a really good eater! I passionately like to tinker with new ways, the miserable attempts to consciously eat healthier and lower calorie, to stifle in a massacre of chocolate, fruit jellies and Co. Cake, chocolate, liquid fillings! I love this stuff! I am a junkie out of passion. And as is always the case, the normal substance is no longer enough for addicts like me. Of course, I could go out and feed myself through a lot of little candy shops and pastry shops, but then why feed my colleagues? So I bake!

Chapter 1 - Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate

So if I have the idea that such a brownie with a peanut cream and a mango passion fruit topping should taste very good, then I have to run it myself. I have no idea how to do that, but somehow it will be. Maybe I should start by baking the perfect brownie first. Then it can go on. Because there is nothing worse than a dry brownie.
