Sweet wild berry sorbet with almond cream

ingredients for 4 persons

  • 450 ml of milk
  • 1 packet of custard powder "almond flavor"
  • 5 tbsp of sugar
  • 150 g of sour cream
  • 150 g deep-frozen berry mix
  • 2 tablespoons almond liqueur

Preparation, about 15 minutes

  1. Boil 400 ml of milk.
  2. Mix the custard powder, 3 tablespoons sugar and 50 ml milk.
  3. Remove the milk from the hotplate, stir in the pudding powder, bring to the boil again.
  4. Let the pudding cool a bit, add the sour cream and put in jars. Let cool down.
  5. Just before serving, put frozen berries in a mixing bowl, allow to thaw slightly. Add the liqueur and 2 tablespoons of sugar and mince with a blender. Distribute on the pudding
  6. Leave to cool for about 1 hour
