Kastelruther Spatzen: All dizziness?

Do not the Kastelruther Spatzen make their own music?

"Only the voice of singer Norbert Rier is real. Then nothing."

The cat is out of the bag: Walter Widemair (54), producer, composer and trumpet player of Kastelruther Spatzer, told BILD that the musicians should not sing on any of their CDs: "Only the voice of singer Norbert Rier is real, nothing else. "

What's up with the sparrows? All dizziness ? At least Widemair, who has just written a book about the sparrows, says: "I have always kept the fraud to myself, but I can no longer live with this lie, " he says. But what exactly should the dizziness be?

Apparently the studio musician should be heard on the CDs. For TV shows that should not be noticeable, since there playback is used. But both are less scandalous than usual practice. Studio musicians are usually engaged when it needs to be fast and perfect. The studio often takes little account of personal notes. It has to sit and listen to "on schedule". A challenge for any musician who is not prepared for "fast delivery".

Norbert Rier (52), singer of the Kastelruther Spatzer, confirmed to the BILD: "We do this with the studio musicians in order to save costs and we always want to deliver a perfect production and that's just the way it is."

So it's half as wild and more common than you think. And finally, international stars often resort to playback, tune their music or even their voice in the studio - just to be able to deliver the perfect sound to the listener. And who wants to give it up today?

The fans of the Kastelruther Spatzen would disturb such a small "vertigo" little. They know what they have about their sparrows - and that's more than a few perfectly tuned tones ...
