Ingredients for 1 person
- Lemon juice and grated coconut for the rim of the glass
- 100 g raspberries
- 200 ml skimmed milk (0.3% fat)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut syrup
- 1 teaspoon oatmeal
- Mint to decorate
Preparation , about 5 minutes
Dip glass rim first in lemon juice, then in grated coconut. Read raspberries. Puree the milk, lemon juice, syrup, oatmeal and fruits in a blender. Decorate with mint.
