Raspberry milk drink with coconut

Ingredients for 1 person

  • Lemon juice and grated coconut for the rim of the glass
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 200 ml skimmed milk (0.3% fat)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut syrup
  • 1 teaspoon oatmeal
  • Mint to decorate

Preparation , about 5 minutes

Dip glass rim first in lemon juice, then in grated coconut. Read raspberries. Puree the milk, lemon juice, syrup, oatmeal and fruits in a blender. Decorate with mint.
