Over 15, 000 girls competed at GNTM 2014. The 70 best were invited to the jury. And week after week, jury members Heidi Klum, Thomas Hayo and newcomer Wolfgang "Wolle" Joop, now make sure that it gets less and less until at the end it means for one: "You are 'Germany's Next Tomodel'." It went into the wilderness. It went in ice, cold and snow. To the delight of Heidi Klums, who greeted her girls in Utah with the same words that she always uses to greet her girls: "At last you are there!" Finally, yes, yay. However, the girls looked like they would rather be somewhere else. Anyway, it should turn out to be extreme at GNTM, and that's where pain belongs.

Accordingly, the shooting in the snow, which showed the candidates in the Indian look. Aminata got hair, Anna hates snow and Nancy, after having reached her lifelong dream with the marriage proposal from her boyfriend, no longer wanted to rehearse and rehearse. In this shoot, those were the ones who were lagging behind: Stefanie and Betty could really shine, while the jury with Nancy or Ivana was not satisfied this time. Hard blow for the squad of favorites.

His life's dream, this episode Thomas Hayo was able to fulfill: He sought a troupe of real cowboys together and sent the girls for a fashion film shoot on horseback. That too was not exactly what Nancy was looking for, which was increasingly felt like at drama school at GNTM, not at all like at a modeling school when she apparently wanted to use the program. Wolfgang Joop once again found the perfect words to summarize what GNTM actually is. He described the candidates as the girls from his "project".

Finally Paris! There were selected candidates for Wolfgang Joop's label Wunderkind run. The first surprise was that not only, as previously shown, were three girls allowed to come, but also a fourth one: Sarah. The second surprise was that two of the four girls were thrown out right again: Sarah - and Nathalie. Sarah could not walk on the high shoes, Joops stylist Damian Foxe did not want to live with the idea that she could overthrow. Nathalie, on the other hand, wore too much red lipstick, contrary to the instruction to appear unvarnished. There was even Wolles patience in the end. Only Samantha and Ivana were allowed to walk at the end, which they both did very well.

Phew. For the mood in the candidates, it was really not the best for this turbulent and cold week. But Lisa and Nathalie were reunited, at least in their ranting on the other girls. Betty was ill and made one on Heidi ("I'm hot, then cold, then hot, then cold"), but still had a great week and was able to convince in the shoot as well as in the fashion film. Also Aminata was on top after her departure in the previous episode. Once again poor Poor Sarah (as if she did not already have enough on high shoes) was accompanied by Karlin (no progress) and Lisa (fighting bravely, but nothing more). Ultimately, Lisa's bravery was not enough - she flew.

"Extreme Edition", so the auspicious name of the seventh episode of GNTM 2014. Right at the beginning, the candidates had to prove that they could excel as actresses - in the role of the "hysterical diva". Being really bitchy, however, made the girls heavier than one might think. After all, Lisa and Nathalie held up the model honor and quarreled over big questions like: How much is allowed to send? Rumspucken, break things, roar like stupid - Nathalie namely, Lisa was looking at her too much. Finally, the best shoot was completed by Betty, who was rewarded with hot chocolate as a reward.

Bollywood belly dancing was on the agenda for everyone to come down again. But what looked like a fun day was, of course, a tough casting for a chai latte. Jolina won the shoot and commercial clip shoot in India because she can communicate inner joy to the outside world, especially through her eyes. Lisa in turn sought the interview with Nathalie, she wanted to give her another chance and stay in the same room. When she announced her former girlfriend's decision, she said, "Okay, can I just continue modeling?" Lisa then pulled out.

Wolfgang Joop had another surprise in store. No beauty queens, no top models, he explained, but something completely different: "My clothes rack." And he wanted to take some of these clothes racks to the Paris Fashion Week. "All, all, all, all" were great, he noted, but only three were allowed: Ivana, Samantha and Nathalie.

Extravagant costumes by Ami Goodheart were available for the decision walk. The designer designs pieces for Lady Gaga, among other things, which explains why, for example, Ivana had to dangle with a chandelier on her head - which admittedly made her well. In turn, this time round Sarah ("no pepper", so Heidi), Aminata (failed on a high level) and Sainabou (could not stage herself) had to join in the shaky round. Sunshine Sainabou flew. Whereupon, of course, all had to cry, because the loss hit the other girls - extremely.

In the "Transformation Edition" of March 13, 2014, Heidi's girls were allowed to prove how changeable they are. In the "Gender Switch Project" half of the candidates were styled as boys, the other half extremely feminine. There was great praise from Wolfgang Joop for the disguised as a man Nancy ("That would think twice with the husband.") And Nathalie ("Such a presumptuous villain, madness!").
While Karlin, Jolina, Nancy and Anna were then allowed to let out the Tanzsau in the washing salon to get an editorial shoot for the "Cosmopolitan", which Karlin and Jolina won, the other girls had to go for catwalk training. And then Heidi Klum again went to her favorite activity: to scour the wardrobes of her charges. One dressed too cute (Betty), the other had "no idea of fashion" (Nathalie) and the next one dressed "too jumbled" (Lisa).
In general, Lisa got in this episode strongly the aversion of the other girls to feel. And even her alleged BFF Nathalie dissociated in a nasty way: "I'm worried that I'm thrown into the same pot that people might think I'm a little stupid." No, do not worry, we're thinking earlier sneaky and wrong. Lucky for the girls who could not convince Heidi with their style: They were allowed to go shopping for a total of $ 10, 000 in a luxury store.
Next transformation station: Bodypainting nude shoot with tarantula. Optionally, one to three of the hairy animals had to endure the candidates on their body. And whoever was particularly good and praised by photographer Rankin, came straight away, like Betty, Nathalie, Ivana and Aminata. Betty then made for the embarrassing excitement comment this episode. She addressed Aminina and asked: "Are you already sprayed?" - which of course was not.
Then it was time again for the decision. Simona had to leave, because she was beautiful, but just a sweet girl. And Jana met it because of lack of mutability.

In the fifth episode we not only saw Heidi Klum's pretty girls posing in front of the camera, but also very hot male models. At the sexy beach shoot, the candidates showed a lot of skin and got in touch with the boys. Whether forgiven or not, for the most part was still snubbed. But not all GNTM models felt comfortable with it. Sarah, who had never had a boyfriend, did not quite know how to touch her modeling partner.
While some have never had a boyfriend, Nancy was surprised by her at the villa. Of course, her little son was in the luggage, tears of joy were inevitable. Things got hot this week's challenge, before it became romantic during the live walk in bridal gowns. The mood in the church took advantage of Nancy's friend to make a wedding proposal to the pretty blonde in front of running cameras and the jury. The young mother could hardly believe her luck and of course said: "Yes, I want!"
Unfortunately, at the end of the show, a model had to leave the casting show again. Until the end, the two friends Samantha and Antonia trembled, they could not hold back their tears. When Heidi Klum announced that Antonia had to fly home, a world collapsed for them. Nevertheless, 15 candidates could look forward to a great photo. The exciting top model journey continues for her.
GNTM: broadcast missed? - episode 4, 27th February 2014
The drama already announced in the preview: Nancy wanted to go home. She missed her son, tears flowed. Heidi Klum as a co-mother not only showed understanding, but even had a solution at hand and suggested that the son and friend be flown in. There were more tears, this time out of sheer joy.
Sweat, however, flowed in the sports program - but not quite as much as Thomas Hayo would have liked. Half smirking, half shaking his head, he realized that the fitness session had become a "comedy show". The training had its reason: A casting for the German "Shape" was on, and then the GNTM girls had to show what they could (not). Antonia made the race and the best figure.
At least a small consolation, for she was deprived of her favorite chocolate (crispy biscuit) by Nathalie - even though she knew it was Antonia's favorite chocolate. Nathalie is becoming increasingly unpopular anyway: The other candidates fear that by their presence the group IQ could fall drastically. But Nathalie is doing her own thing and does not let herself be disturbed by gossip on her way to GNTM.
Wolfgang Joop on the other hand plagued completely different problems. He had slept badly, and fitness he finds boring anyway. If you're doing too much sport, you might end up as an orangutan, was his quintessence.

During the video shoot for the opener of GNTM, the models then had to show how they can move in a confined space, in a small box. Even Heidi himself was allowed to "hop in the box" - and actually feared the comparison with their "chickens". Not only did she want to tell us this episode, but that she does not do much sport. Clear. Aminina was the compliment after all, for her age Heidi would have done it really well ...

At the final walk, Alessandra Ambrosio sat in the jury instead of Joop and helped Heidi and Thomas guess which model was in front of them. They came dressed in golden catsuit and mask and had to prove that they might not be able to walk on the, but at least in the water. Unfortunately for Emma it was a letdown - she was sent home. And of course tears flowed. But do not worry, there will be happy tears again next week, as the preview revealed: Nancy should get the long-awaited marriage proposal from her boyfriend ...

The highlights of the third show: "How I love this day!" Announced Heidi Klum. It was the day of the big makeover - and with her euphoria she was pretty much alone. The "Jaaaaaa" on Heidi's question, whether the girls were all happy, came rather hesitantly.

It was even more dramatic than the restyling at the shooting of the week. The girls had to shoot up properly, but at least were allowed to hold on to a bunch of balloons and all held amazingly brave. Only Aminata, the taffeste of all, quickly pulled her back to the ground: Because she had eaten right before, she had to vomit.
At the end there was a showdown between Stefanie, Laura, Jana and Emma. Laura had to say goodbye - which is not bad, because there are still a lot of girls who look just like her.

The highlights of the second broadcast: turbulence in Singapore! While Heidi Klum did not appear on set for the first time in GNTM history and was hospitalized with an infection, Thomas Hayo took care of the girls. The first big catwalk show and the snake photoshoot were a big challenge for some of the models. Candidate Anna was terrified of the animals and had to slowly get used to the reptile. But in the end she got a beautiful photo.

The next stop on the top model trip was Los Angeles, where the models have their villa again this year. However: not all were allowed to stay. Before the jury, the girls had to convince with a walk before they were allowed to unpack their bags. One or the other Heidi Klum then pushed into the pool without further ado to wake her up. Nevertheless, at the end of a no photo. This time it was Franziska. For the other girls, it will be next week with the Umstyling on.

The very first trip went to Singapore. There was immediately a bikini shoot in the pool and catwalk training under the supervision of Heidi and Thomas. Of course, with so many girls under one roof, it did not take long for the first kidding to take off. First, Jill and Lisa S. had to fly home.
