For the perfect separation of egg yolks and egg whites, simply place two plates next to each other.
Whisk the egg on a plate and pick up an empty plastic bottle.
Approach the egg yolk with the bottle cap and gently squeeze the bottle together.
Due to the negative pressure, the yolk is put on and pressed into the bottle - now carefully lift on the other plate.
Admittedly, when we try to separate egg yolks from egg whites, things often go awry. The solution is actually so simple and so close!
