Small plan for good hosts

You will not be born the perfect host. That requires a sense and a plan. The plan for the perfect celebration is from us ...

We love to celebrate parties! But how embarrassing it is when something is missing. The drinks are all after a few hours, a vegetarian was not included in the food planning ... With this plan you will be the perfect host!

When planning your celebration, the number of guests you want to celebrate with is especially important.

Celebrate with 5 guests

For a small party an invitation by phone is sufficient. It's best to ask what the guests want to drink. You should plan about 1/2 a bottle of red or white wine per person, as well as a box of beer, a "nightcap" (eg Grappa) and soft drinks (not just mineral water) (1 liter per capita). A dinner is also in small group of three courses. Tip: With treats such as soup or cheese plate, the effort remains low.

Celebrate with about 10 guests

For medium-sized people, the written invitation is perfect. Important: 14 days in advance, possibly enclose a map! In addition to Wein & Co (see above), order sparkling wine as an aperitif (1 bottle for every 7 guests). So everyone is satisfied: For starters and dessert for 1/3 of the guests, at the main course for every second plan a lookup.

Celebrate with about 20 guests

at such large celebrations are collecting mails (perhaps with a pretty background?) With the request for feedback ideal. Best buy drinks at the retailer on commission. So you can easily return the rest. The best for larger rounds: a buffet. For each person 250 ml of soup, 200g of meat and fish, 100g of rice and pasta, 200g of vegetables and potatoes and about 300 g of dessert plan. To get plenty of nibbles. And even if it is practical: rather avoid paper plates and plastic cutlery.
