Is she too thin?
That was missing for the British royal family! As soon as the scandal surrounding Prinz Harry's (27) nude photos ends, his sister-in-law Kate (30) makes headlines in the USA. It is too thin, it is said there by a well-known American TV talker.
Here, the royal family had drawn with Duchess Kate their Joker for the Paralympics. With style, elegance, perfect appearance and above all - scandal-free - she was to bring the media pack back from the "strip poker affair" around Prince Harry.
And she succeeded fantastic. She caught the eye and even handed a gold medal to a British athlete.
But now a damper in the Kate-Europhie. US presenter Katie Couric (55) just wanted to answer a few questions about her new show and then got into a mess.
When asked who she would like to be a guest on her show, she still enthused: "It would be very interesting to interview Kate Middleton because she has presented herself so well since she was put in the limelight."
But then she added critically, according to the women's portal "sheknows.com": "She should, however, eat something more because she is too thin."
Katie Couric is one of the flagship ladies of American television and like to ask questions even critically. Whether the royal house will register this criticism at all, is questionable.
Kate has visibly decreased since the wedding with Prince William (30), but there are no problems with Kate's diet. In the meantime she is supposed to have gained some weight again. Maybe because you're worried that it would not work out with the kids when Kate is too thin .
And finally, William and Kate want to start a family soon. Who knows? Maybe we'll see Kate in the near future with a few pounds more - happiness! That would finally silence all critics.
