They will always have a special connection

Little Brielle Jackson and her twin sister Kyrie were born 12 weeks too early. As Brielle's condition worsened, Kyrie helped her with just one hug.

The parents of Brielle and Kyrie Jackson were shocked to learn that their twin girls would be born twelve weeks before their expected date of birth.

After birth, the two preemies immediately in the incubator. As Kyrie developed well, doctors began to worry about Brielle. Her pulse was just too high. The responsible nurse Gayle Kasparin finally decided to put the two girls together in an incubator. Something that was not done at this time. But the nurse's decision was just right.

As soon as the twin sisters lay side by side, Kyrie cuddled up to Brielle and put an arm around her . The physical closeness to her sister immediately calmed the baby and his pulse dropped. Coincidentally, a reporter was in the hospital at the time, photographing just that moving moment. The result is the photo below.

Although Brielle and Kyrie Jackson were born on October 17, 1995, and their birth was almost 20 years ago, the story of the two twin sisters has not been forgotten to this day. This is also because their story has led to a change in the field of medicine. Today, it is common practice to put premature twins together in an incubator so that they benefit from the physical proximity of their sibling. This is also called the kangaroo method.

Kyrie's photo of her twin sister hugs the little girls around the world. Even today, Brielle and Kyrie have a very special connection to each other, even if they have long since outgrown their infancy and are now studying.
