- 250 g marzipan paste
- Food color in blue
- round cookie cutters (eg
2 different sized glasses)
- 6 Berliners
- wooden skewer
1. Color 2/3 of the marzipan paste with food coloring blue.
2. Roll out the two masses (natural and dyed) thinly.
3. With the help of a glass 6 times the face out of the dyed marzipan.
4. Using a smaller jar or cookie cutter, cut out 6x the natural marzipan nose.
5. Place both forms on top of the Berlin and model with a wooden spit eyes and nostrils.
6. Use the rest of blue marzipan to form 12 ears with your hand to complete the pigs.
