Tasty and vegetarian
Vegetable quiche is one of our favorite recipes! The vegetarian vegetable quiche is quick and easy and tastes just great! Try it!
For 4 people you need the following ingredients (preparation time: 60 minutes):
- 3 frozen spinach minis (blocks)
- 200 g + 1 tbsp flour
- 100 g of butter
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 stick of leek
- 1 onion
- 2 packs (220 g each) mozzarella cheese
- Salt + pepper
- grated nutmeg
- 4 eggs
- 250 ml of milk
- Fat for the mold
And so goes the vegetable quiche with mozarella:
Step 1:
Thaw spinach minis. Knead 200 g of flour, butter and 2-3 tablespoons of cold water until smooth. Grease a casserole dish and lay out with the dough, while pushing up slightly at the edge.
Step 2:
Cut 2 sliced tomatoes and leeks into pieces. Dice the onion. Slice cheese. Prepared vegetables and spinach
Mix Minis. Spice up. Vegetable mix on the dough. Distribute cheese over it.
Step 3:
Mix 3 eggs, milk and 1 tablespoon of flour. Spice up. Pour the egg milk over the vegetables. Bake in a hot oven at 180 ° C for about 35 minutes until golden brown.

The egg milk should be stocked and have a nice brown color. That's the best way to taste it!
