1. Cut the letters L, O, V and E from scraps of paper.
2. Quilt the letters on the A4 sheet.
3. Fold the bill accordion-shaped, bend in the middle to a V.
4. Stick the banknote with Fixogum on the V.
5. Insert finished paper sheet into the picture frame.
