Banana Bread: a sweet banana bread recipe

But you do not want to save time on enjoyment? Then the banana bread is just the right cake recipe for you. A sweet delicacy that is completely wrong, the image of a boring stir-fry cake. A little tip: refine your banana bread with dried cranberries, dates and apricots. Or refine it with a handful of Oreo biscuits. They will love it!

Banana bread recipe

Ingredients (20 slices)

75 g walnut kernels, 2 bananas (net 150 g), 50 ml milk, 250 g butter, 150 g brown sugar, 1 packet vanillin sugar, 1 pinch salt, 4 eggs, 75 g kernel oats, 350 g rye flour, 1 packet baking soda, 25 g of dried banana chips, 1 tsp powdered sugar, fat and flour for the mold, aluminum foil

preparation

1. Finely chop 50g of walnuts. Peel bananas and finely puree with a blender, stir in milk. Stir margarine, sugar, vanillin sugar and salt creamy with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in eggs one at a time. Mix oatmeal, flour and baking powder, add in 2 portions and stir. First mix banana and milk, then stir in nuts.

2. Fill the dough into a well-greased box cake tin (25 x 11 cm, 7 cm deep) spread with flour. Bake in the preheated oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / circulating air: 150 ° C / gas: see manufacturer) for about 1 hour.

3. Meanwhile crumble banana chips roughly. Roughly chop walnuts 25 g. Mix chips and nuts and after about 15 minutes of baking time evenly on the cake. Cover the cake with aluminum foil about 15 minutes before the end of the baking time.

4. Remove the cake from the oven, place on a wire rack and allow to cool for about 40 minutes. Drop out of the mold and allow to cool. Dust with powdered sugar.
