For wall color, set to quality

In corridor and children's room, the wall paints are particularly strained. Quality paints are much better off than others.

When selecting the wall color, you should basically set to quality. Cheap colors often lack good bulk on the wall

Here's why.

A 10-liter bucket wall paint for 9.99 euros - a tempting offer. But beware: what sounds so cheap, can turn out to be expensive shopping. For example, if the paint does not cover properly and then a second coat is necessary. This doubles consumption and working time. Quality paints are not only excellent for the first application even on dark backgrounds and are easy to apply, but also provide a more uniform color image and do not drip.

Another advantage is the yield: With 10 liters you can delete about 70 - 80 square meters. In addition, quality paints are less polluting, easier to clean and retain their original color shade for many years. Good reasons for high-quality colors.

Cheap colors often lack pigments and binders - instead, they contain more fillers. Especially pigments provide the right shade or whiteness and opacity. Binders bind the pigments to a tough, continuous film and provide good adhesion to the wall. Additives (adjuvants) are added only in small amounts, among other things they influence the drying behavior. Fillers such as chalk make paint spreadable.
