    1. Cut a strip from the architectural paper that corresponds to the longitudinal circumference of the bag. The width should be about 6 cm wider than the bag.

    2. Cut the strip on the long sides with the pattern scissors.

    3. Bend the strip in the middle and cut a half round for the bag closure with the paper scissors at the bend.

    4. Cut out a bauble on the front.

    5. Put the cuff over the bag and stick it under the bag with an adhesive strip.

    6. Tie the satin ribbon around the bag closure and attach the balls to it.
