Geometric patterns and shapes are totally in vogue. How about if you just make the right candles? We help you.
What you need for the geometric candles:
- Computer, printer and paper
- double-sided adhesive tape, narrow
- Paketklebeband
- Casting wax (craft shop) or candles leftovers
- skewers
- Candle wick (craft shop)
- paper scissors
- Pot and plastic container for the water bath
These are the templates:

And that's how easy it is:
1. Print the desired template on A4 or A3 paper, depending on how big the candle should be.
2. Cut out the template exactly and glue the seams together with narrow double-sided adhesive tape very precisely. There should be no holes or apertures in the paper form.
3. Seal all seams, which have already been closed with narrow adhesive tape, very carefully with package adhesive tape from the outside. Otherwise the liquid wax will escape at all unsealed areas.
4. Melt casting wax in a plastic container in a water bath (about 60 degrees). Do not boil water. Stir now and then with the shish kebab.
5. Knot candle wick to a skewer and place it centered over the edge of the paper tray.
6. Fill the molten wax into the paper and let it harden.
7. Remove the shish kebab.
8. Tear off paper.
