You need this:
- Fabric in red about 30 cm
- Fabric in green about 20 cm
- Matching yarn
- Filling cotton (craft shop)
- Sand in a small plastic bag
- French chalk
- fabric scissors
- sewing machine
- sewing needle
And this is how it's done:
1. Transfer outlines of the strawberry to red or green fabric and cut out: 2 times the strawberry, 2 times the leaf and 2 times the stem.
2. Sew on the right side of the fabric for the sheet, cut out the middle, turn and fill with cotton wool. Same procedure with the handle.
3. Sew strawberry pieces right side together, leaving an opening. Turn fabric over and stuff with cotton wool and a small plastic bag with sand to weight.
4. Sew the strawberry opening with a coarse stitch and pull it together, just as with the sheet. Pull the stem of the strawberry through the leaf and the strawberry and sew everything together with the hand.
