Making zucchini lasagna yourself: the recipe

With peas and mozarella

It does not always have to be a hack lasagna. We recommend today: zucchini lasagna with peas. This recipe will LOVE you!

For 4 people you need these ingredients (preparation time: 60 minutes):

  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 500 g of passed tomatoes
  • salt
  • 150 g of frozen peas
  • 100 ml vegetable broth
  • pepper
  • grated nutmeg
  • 100 gCrèmelégère
  • 12 lasagne plates (without precooking)
  • 60 g grated mozzarella cheese
  • Fat for the mold

Step 1:

Clean the zucchini, wash and cut into thin slices. Peel and dice the onions. Oil in one
Heat the pan. Fry zucchini and onions in it. Deglaze with tomatoes, season with salt and simmer for about 2 minutes.

Step 2:

Boil the peas and broth in a saucepan. Season with pepper and nutmeg. Stir in crème légère and bring to a boil again.

Step 3:

Grease a baking dish (about 30 x 20 cm) and lay out with a layer of lasagna plates. Fill half of the tomato-zucchini sauce, cover with lasagna plates. Pour the pea cream sauce and cover again with lasagna plates. Put the rest of tomato and courgette sauce on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 30 minutes.
