Nobody should have to see his children die. Nevertheless, parents come to this point again and again when an accident or illness takes their own child. That's what happened to Lindsey Lourenco's mother, who is already at the age of 18 at the end of her life.
One-third of her short life was fighting Lindsey for blood cancer. Since the terrible diagnosis six years ago, the girl was undergoing chemotherapy after the next. But after each treatment the hope was quickly broken again: The cancer came back again and again. At 18, the girl died.
Her parents are now publishing a video of their daughter's last hours. After another collapse, the girl is in a coma. As Lindsey's father comes to the hospital room, he witnesses a touching moment between mother and child. He pulls out the camera and films his wife as she sings a farewell song for her dying daughter.
