material
- Tube casing with inside dimension of the stem diameter
- Toweling towel, approx. 50 x 70 cm
- approx. 20 cm rubber band (1 cm wide)
- about 50 cm Velcro tape
- about 50 cm loop tape
Instructions Measure the rung length and cut the pipe cover approx. 10 cm shorter.
This is also the basis for the cutting of the towel, which is cut into a rectangular piece with 6 cm seam allowance on the long side and 10 cm for the end seams on the narrow side.
Now at a distance of 2.5 cm from the outer ends, sew on thin rubber bands on the right and left side, covering the cladding on the sides.
Finally lay both sides 2 cm apart and sew on one side of the right side of the fabric the Velcro and on the other side on the left side of the fabric, the loop tape.
To completely close the cover, sew it over the rubber bands.
