Spaghetti ice cream with raspberry sauce

Blogger Lara's recipe for spaghetti ice cream

Unfortunately, here in England there are no ice cream parlors like in Germany. You can get Ben & Jerry's and Haagen's Dazs on their hands, but is not it just about summer to meet up with friends in the ice cream parlor?

To get my beloved spaghetti ice cream home, I just did it myself. And lo and behold, it is much easier than you think and is even cheap there

Enjoy the meal!

You need (for 4 servings):

• 400 ml vanilla ice cream • 250 g raspberries • 1 packet vanillin sugar • 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice • 30 g white chocolate • 150 g whipped cream1) The ice thaw for 5-10 minutes. Read the raspberries and puree with vanilla sugar and lemon juice.2) Finely chop the white chocolate (preferably with the grater) 3) Beat the cream until stiff and spread on four plates (depending on how many portions it should be) Press through a potato press to make spaghetti and pour directly onto the cream.5) Put the raspberry sauce on the ice, chop the chocolate over it and you're done! â~º
