In the criticism

Princess Madeleine, 29, currently has a tough time in her home country. Many Swedes disapprove of the new life of the King's Daughter in far-off America.

Critics fail to say good-bye to Madeleine and publicly accuse her of barely working for the royal family, that she and her boyfriend Chris (37) are lodging in a posh condominium at the expense of taxpayers in New York only rarely seen in Stockholm and that she has therefore taken her little niece Estelle only a few days late in the arms.

Hard Tobak, Madeleine apparently goes to the heart, because now she had officially inform the press officer of the court Bertil Tennert that she has renounced in the past few months on any Apanage and they paid their New York stay completely out of their own casket. No Swedish taxpayer will be asked to pay for it now and in the future, emphasized Tennert explicitly.

Madeleine wants to work again, at least a little: It is said that in the next few days in Stockholm Castle with her mother Queen Silvia (67) to participate in a meeting of the Childhood Foundation, which is not confirmed in the court calendar. However, Madeleine is listed on the list for April 29th as a guest of a prize-giving ceremony in New York.
