An unusually beautiful life

Lexy Hell was once a shy girl from Styria. Today she is a successful tattoo model. For some years she had to work as a barmaid in a swinger club. An intimate interview about love and tattoo art.

Lexy Hell was born in 1986 in Styria, Austria, where she trained as a retail merchant. At 16, she secretly stung her first tattoo. Later she ventured in Berlin a new start and made her dream of life as a tattoo model true. It is the face of many advertising campaigns, for example, was on advertising posters of the beer brand Astra and presents the fashion of well-known designers on international catwalks. Besides modeling, however, Lexy also had other, unusual jobs. To stay afloat, she worked as a barmaid in a swinger club. Now she has written down her experiences in the book "My wild life between catwalk and swingers club ".

Wunderweib editor Mirca Waldhecker met Lexy Hell in Berlin and asked about her tattoos, swinger clubs and dream men.

"From now on, as I said that day, all the challenges in life are mastered alone, I wanted to stay away from girlfriends who snatched up my boyfriend despite heavy leg hair, from men who blew me bloody behind the wheel a family that seemed to have nothing in common with me, except for a dreadful surname, so from now on, I wanted to make it all on my own and make it on my own, and finally get my dream started, it was time for my first tattoo ... "

Wunderweib: Lexy, which part of your body do you like the most?

Lexy Hell: There are only a few places that I'm really happy with, I think, that's the way it is with any woman, you're always too critical of yourself. But I like my hands and wrists, haha, they're beautiful My girlfriend, who sews great clothes for me, always tells me tenderly. And my big, blue eyes.

Which is your favorite tattoo and which one would you like to make disappear?

Lexy Hell: My favorite tattoo are my two hearts on the backs of my hands because I associate a lot with them. Once to the right the coordinates of my homeland and the evil heart with the horns - represents my bad childhood and that I had to go through a lot - and left the heart with wings stands for Berlin, a positive new start, my new home. And Berlin has really brought me luck so far. I also like the style. Nice colorful, gaudy, a little cheesy and thick lines. Since I find all my tattoos ok, I would not want to disappear, each has its permission and you should stand by;)

What makes a man fascinating for you?

Lexy Hell: charisma, a good character, mistakes and quirks! That makes a man interesting. Perfection and so beautiful things are boring. I like striking faces, preferably with dark hair and green eyes :) Men who are both with their legs in life and know what they want. No rip-offs and too convinced of themselves. Then rather a little more reserved.

Hundreds of tattoos + bridal gowns, that would be a challenge for any designer - which designer would you entrust this task to?

Lexy Hell: I think this combination is great and it fits wonderfully! When it's time for me, a very nice, friendly designer will do that, Valena Fürstenberg from Pony Girl. And the clothes of Elie Saab are the absolute dream!

And where would you want to marry?

Lexy Hell: I have always said: I want to marry someday on the beach. Hawaii, Seychelles, Maldives. Barefoot and only with the witnesses, very small and intimate, no big fanfare.

Your first time was a catastrophe - what is it for you to have great sex today?

Lexy Hell: Oh yes, as with most girls, I think :). This is difficult to say, it depends on the moment, but definitely the confidence that you can let yourself go and also change, otherwise sex life falls asleep at some point, just trying out a lot, positions, different places, whatever fun make and talk openly about it and respond to the partner.

You worked as a barmaid in a swinger club for a long time - do you think a visit there can help a couple save a boring relationship?

Lexy Hell: I do not think so. Since most couples are too jealous to share or even just watch the partner and quickly overreact when one partner thinks the other has been flirting now. In the three years that I worked there, I did not meet a real couple that was swinging smoothly (most swingers are not a couple in real life!). I think 'it's better, you make a nice holiday together or rent a great hotel room or something else romantic, but a swingers club definitely can not save a relationship or sex!

How do you imagine your future?

Lexy Hell: With husband, house and children. And I want to travel a lot, see a lot of the world.

Are you in solid hands right now?

Lexy Hell: No. It is not so easy to find a man with serious intentions.
