Tasty and without carbohydrates: So you simply bake a protein bread
Mhhhh, this protein bread is just sooo delicious and also makes you slim. You do not feel like giving up bread despite low carb? Do not you have to. Because instead of carbohydrates in normal bread, we have protein. Because with protein you can lose weight quickly and permanently without having to go hungry.
Also interesting: So you take 5 kilos in 2 weeks with the protein diet
Here comes the recipe for protein bread
1.5 cups of oatmeal,
1/2 cup of flaxseed,
1 cup of sunflower seeds,
1/2 cup almonds,
1/2 cup of hazelnuts,
2 El Chia,
4 El psyllium husks,
350 ml of water,
1El maple syrup,
3 Tl olive oil,
1 tl salt
Mix everything in a box mold, then let it swell for 2 hours, bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven, then another 40 minutes without form in the oven. Let cool and enjoy!
