Crispy cherry cake with crumble topping

Ingredients (16 pieces)

1. Melt the butter, allow to cool slightly. Grate the marzipan roughly. Mix marzipan, 100 g sugar, flour, egg and butter with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to sprinkle them. 2. Mix crème fraîche with 1 tablespoon sugar and sauce powder. Wash cherries and pebble. Mix with jam. Put creme fraiche on the ground and smooth. Sprinkle with cherries and spread the remaining sprinkles on top. Bake in the preheated oven (cooker: 200 ° C / circulating air: 175 ° C / gas: stage 3) on the bottom rail for 35-45 minutes.
