The perfect companion for shopping
Now that the free grocery shopping bags have disappeared, it's always worth carrying a shopping bag. How about this copy?
You need this for the bag:
- 1 medium potato
- Linoleum knife (craft shop)
- cloth bag
- DEKA-Permanent fabric paint in rosewood (25 ml from 2, 44 € on www.kreativ.de)
- kitchenknife
- household paper
- brush
- remnant
- solid cardboard / paper
- Iron
And that's how easy it is:
1. Halve the potato lengthwise with the kitchen knife.
2. Using the linoleum knife, work out the desired leaf motif from the potato half.
3. Using household paper, pick up the leaking liquid from the potato.
4. Apply the fabric paint to the stamp surface with a brush.
5. Make a test print on a fabric remover to check the applied amount of paint.
6. Lay out the bag with cardboard or solid paper so that there is no color bleed on the other side.
7. Stamp the bag as desired. It is recommended to re-apply the color after each stamping in order to obtain a uniform stamping result.
8. After stamping, fix the stamping color by ironing if necessary. Observe manufacturer's instructions.
Tip: the stamp is wrapped in plastic wrap up to three days in the refrigerator durable.
