We love checks
In winter we can not get enough of checks! Using our template, you can easily make this pretty cushion cover.
You need this for the pillow:
- Paper for the template
- checkered fabric
- Felt in mustard yellow, beige, black, white
- Numeric stamp (craft shop)
- double-sided ironing fleece
- cushion cover
- fabric scissors
- French chalk
- Iron
And that's how easy it is:
1. Print the template, cut it out and place it on the checkered fabric. Trace the owl and cut it.
2. Draw and cut the ears, nose, wings and feet on mustard yellow felt.
3. Draw eye glasses on gray felt and cut out.
4. Draw and cut out the eye and reflex on white felt.
5. Draw the pupil on black felt and cut to size.
6. Iron all fabrics with the iron on the adhesive fleece and cut out again. Superimpose in the correct order. Peel off the respective paper side from the adhesive fleece and iron on the lower layer.
7. When all parts have been ironed on each other, iron the finished owl onto the cushion cover.
