From fabric leftovers

Woof! This colorful four-legged friend is urgently looking for a new home. With this guide, you can easily sew the stuffed dog yourself.

This is what you need for the fabric dog:

  • 3 different, colorful fabrics (eg fabric scraps)
  • white felt in DIN A4
  • black felt in A4
  • French chalk
  • fiberfill
  • fabric glue
  • fabric scissors
  • pins
  • Sewing machine and matching yarn
  • sewing needle

And that's how easy it is:

1. The template (under job 30834) is created on two sides in DIN A3. The seam allowance of 1 cm is already included in the pattern.

2. Download the template, have it printed in the copy shop and cut it out.

3. Place the head and side pieces on a double laid fabric, transfer with the tailor's chalk and cut. Head once and body
cut twice.

4. Cut the ears twice, with doubled fabric (for a total of 4 ears).

5. Cut the belly out of the third fabric.

6. Place 2 ear pieces on the right side, sew on, leaving an opening at the edge, which is sewn to the head. Turn and sew to the headboard.

7. Sew the headboard right to right on the side panels. At the back of the headboard, three pieces of fabric meet, just like the top of the mouth. Starting from these points, the side parts close to the point where the abdomen is inserted.

8. Put the belly down, leave an opening to turn. Turn and fill with filling. Sew up the opening with your hand.

9. Cut the eyes out of the felt and glue them to the head with textile glue.
