Astrid van der Staaij is a citizen of the world. Grew up in Ghana, she spent her schooling and study time in England. "Although I was sensible and studied law in Cardiff (Wales), Munich and Passau for five years, my heart has always been on the stage and on television, " admits Astrid.
And she was lucky. In 1997, she convinced the HSE24 Program Manager right at her first casting and got the job. Today, the versatile presenter prefers to present jewelery, beauty, wellness and fitness. Astrid van der Staaij, born in Libra, saw the light of day in Takoradi (Ghana, West Africa).
