Slim-Breakfast

Start your day with yogurt - four sweet ideas can be found below.

For those who like it hearty: 1 slice of bread with turkey slices. Stir 1 tablespoon of chopped herbs into 150 g of probiotic yoghurt. Salt, pepper. 100 g vegetables to eat.

Slim snack

For enough power until lunch provide 150-200 g of fruit of choice.

Alternative: 30 g of almonds with skin or walnuts help against small sagging. In between, only drink calorie-free drinks such as tea or mineral water .
