If you notice cretaceous-white changes on the enamel, it can signal the decay in the early stages. The surface of the tooth then feels rough and dull. Especially acidic foods lead to such a decalcification of the enamel.

Tip: For early detection, the dentist can treat the white spots before caries spreads. Applying fluoride also speeds up the healing process. Best reduce daily sugar intake.

Do you have tinnitus?

Circulatory disorders, high blood pressure or stress are crucial. If the inner ear is supplied with little oxygen, it can react with noises.

Tip: An ENT doctor should examine your symptoms. If the tinnitus is not chronic, anti-inflammatory and blood circulation-promoting remedies help. Exercises for muscle relaxation and yoga are useful when stress is the trigger.

Become smaller?

Check your height: If you have lost 4 to 5 cm since adulthood, you may be suffering from bone loss (osteoporosis). Also a round back indicates it.

Tip: In order to strengthen the bones and prevent vitamin deficiencies, the vitamin intake of vitamin D and calcium is important. This is especially important if you take cortisone for several months - because that can weaken the bones.
