What a sad news! Top model Adriana Lima and her husband, basketball player Marko Jaric, have announced their breakup after five years of marriage and two daughters.

They were such a beautiful couple and had a great family with their two girls Valentina (4) and Sienna (19 months). But the marriage has not kept: Victoria's Secret Model Adriana Lima (32) and Marko Jaric (35), former NBA basketball player, announced in a joint statement in early May 2014 their separation.

"After much deliberation, we decided to split up after five years of marriage. We are very grateful to be parents of two wonderful girls who we will continue to raise together, "they told People magazine. They also asked for respect for the privacy of their family, "for which a new, difficult chapter begins".
How sad that this marriage, which began so romantically, must end with these words. Adriana Lima and Marco Jaric met in 2006, became engaged two years later, on the 27th birthday of the top model, and secretly married on Valentine's Day 2009.
