Everything in the box
Wallpaper, decorative knobs and patterns from the roll make tired cabinets alive and give them a new look in no time. We show three creative ideas to do it yourself.
Idea 1: Wardrobe embellish with slender tendrils
Upgrade for the wardrobe : With a fresh coat of paint and a floral décor, it becomes a gem with a French country-house flair . Remove the old door handles and fill the holes. Cover existing metal hinges with masking tape. Sand all wooden surfaces and paint the cabinet front with wood paint (eg Osmo) in matt gray. Once it is dry, apply the decor to the fillings of the cassette doors with a textured roller (hardware store). After drying, drill holes for the new handles. Push it through and fix it from behind with a nut.

Idea 2: Beautify cabinet with a small animal show
Cabinet fronts are unused image areas: A beautifully framed wallpaper motif makes this dresser a charming showcase. Sand wood, paint, let it dry. Cut wallpaper pieces to the door format, apply with glue. Miter moldings, miter them and let them dry. Glue the strips with Bastelleim (eg Ponal) to a frame. Best place dresser on the back to dry.
Be brave! Also wallpaper the wall behind the dresser with the same motif.

Idea 3: Wardrobe embellished with blooming buttons
With white painting and knobs with rose motif you frame an old drawer cabinet to modern furniture with a romantic touch. Take out the drawers, remove handles, fill holes. Sand the wooden surfaces, paint and let dry. Drill holes for the knobs in the drawers (4 mm), push them through and secure them with a nut from behind. Push drawers into the cupboard.
